From birthday parties to showers to business meetings, Mother Road Market offers a welcoming place for all members of your group. Please note, we don’t take reservations for individual tables. If you are interested in reserved space, inquire below.
FOOD
Mother Road Market is THE place for Tulsa’s best food. Event packages have two options when it comes to feeding your guests: meal vouchers or catering.
Meal Vouchers
You set the amount, your guests choose what they want. Starting at $15, we create meal vouchers in any monetary amount for your guests to use at any food merchant. Additionally, using meal vouchers provides a discount on the cost of space rental fee.
*No matter the amount, an 8% service charge and tax will be added to the total cost of vouchers.
Catering
If you wish to have a pre-set menu, our team can work with you to have one of our MRM food merchants or Kitchen 66 members cater your event.
*An 8% service charge will be added to the catering cost to facilitate coordination.
DRINKS
As part of the events package, you may purchase unlimited refillable soda cups for a discounted rate of $2 a cup.
If you would like to add adult beverages to your event, you can purchase drink tickets redeemable at The WEL Bar.
Please note the following:
Must be 21+
Drink tickets start at $6 up to your desired amount. For that amount your guests can enjoy house red, white, rosè wine; select well cocktails; or a handful of rotating can and bottled beers.
Valid credit card must be presented to the bartender in order to receive drink tickets.
You also have the option to have an open tab secured with a credit card.
Whether you stay until the end of your event or need to duck out early, your credit card on file will be assessed a 20% service fee and applied to your tab.
All alcohol must be purchased from The WEL Bar, cocktail service not available.
Cannot be billed in advance.
RENTAL OPTIONS
Mother Road Market has dedicated space for intimate small gatherings to large parties. Our spaces are reserved for three-hour increments.
Demonstration Kitchen
The Demo Kitchen is an ideal space for gatherings of up to 30 people. Types of events include private parties, dinners, meetings, showers, lectures, cooking classes, team building activities, and other functions. Use of on-site audio and visual equipment is available for $100.
Pricing for 3 hour increment:
Tuesday - Thursday, Sunday - $150
Friday or Saturday - $300

Patio
Tulsa’s BEST Patio is great for parties from 25 to 450 people. Types of gatherings include corporate events, private parties, birthday parties, showers, weddings, and other large events. Use of on-site audio and visual equipment is available for $100. The patio is rentable by quarter, half or full space.
A quarter patio accommodates up to 75 people and has the option to include a combination of couch seating, tables and chairs.
A half patio accommodates parties of 75-200 and has the option to include a combination of couch seating, tables, and chairs
Large parties up to 450 people will require a full patio rental.

Quarter patio $750
Half patio $1,500
Full patio $2,500
Friday or Saturday
Quarter Patio $1,250
Half Patio $2,500
Full Patio $5,000

THE SMALL PRINT
Party package includes 3 hours for the event.
2 hours for party
30 mins for set up
30 mins for break down
Party must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
Credit card will remain on file for 48 hours after the party
Fees may be applied for late parties or the need for excessive cleaning
Evening events with more than 100 people in attendance may need to secure their own security. Evening events that will have more than 100 in attendance may be subject to providing their own security. Security must be contracted through 1 hour after the event ends. Security must be on hand at all times at the market and parking lots.
Staffing not included. For parties of 50 or more, staffing is available. Rate is $50 per staff member.
