  • ROADIE

    The Roadie is a non-exempt, hourly position. The starting compensation is $11.50/hour, increasing to $13/hour after successfully completing a 30-day training period. Some hours are required on nights and weekends. This position also qualifies for a telephone stipend of $30 per month and meal stipend up to $80 per month. The Roadie reports to the General Manager.

    The Roadie position is the face of Mother Road Market and is responsible for catering to the guests' needs and making them feel welcome in our space. Roadies must have the ability to think quickly, solve problems, and maintain composure and a calm demeanor in a fast paced work environment. In this position, you will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation in our space, provide quality guest service, and work to create an environment of hospitality that celebrates and embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Mother Road Market.

  • BARTENDER

    The Bartender is a non-exempt, hourly position. The starting compensation is $4/hour (plus tips) for evening shifts and $9/hour (plus tips) for daytime shifts. Some hours are required on nights and weekends. This position also qualifies for a telephone stipend of $30 per month and a meal stipend up to $80 per month. This position reports to the General Manager.

    The Bartender will execute timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Each bartender’s primary objective is to provide our guests such an enjoyable experience, they will want to return to continue supporting local food in Tulsa. This position is expected to assist guests with questions about food and retail offerings and be knowledgeable about our company's history, features, upcoming events and specialties.

  • COCKTAIL SERVER

    The Cocktail Server is a non-exempt, hourly position. The starting compensation is $9.00/hour (plus tips). Some hours are required on nights and weekends. This position also qualifies for a telephone stipend of $30 per month and a meal stipend up to $80 per month. This position reports to the General Manager.

    The Cocktail Server will provide timely, accurate and friendly service of our WEL Bar beverages. This position is responsible for speaking with customers, taking drink orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met and they have an excellent experience. Each Cocktail Server’s primary objective is to provide our guests such an enjoyable experience that they will want to return to continue supporting local food and beverages in Tulsa. This position is expected to assist guests with questions about food and retail offerings and be knowledgeable about our company's history, features, upcoming events and specialties. The cocktail server may serve as back-up bartender or bar back during certain shifts and is eligible to pick-up bartending shifts when available and approved by the Lead Bartender or General Manager.

  • Facilities Assistant

    The Facilities Assistant is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position. Required to regularly work on nights and weekends. This position also qualifies for a telephone stipend of $30 per month and a meal stipend of up to $80 per month. The hourly rate is $20/hr and will report to the Operations Director and/or the Chief Operations Officer of Mother Road Market.

    The Facilities Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and oversight of Mother Road Market facilities improvements, maintenance, and project implementations. This position is essential in maintaining the physical space and infrastructure of the Mother Road Market campus facilities. The Facilities Assistant supports the Operations Director in the delivery of strategic plans for infrastructure improvements, responsive requests for necessary and timely maintenance and repairs, and other projects or requests as assigned. This position is a key component of ensuring that the Mother Road Market facilities are meeting the needs of the businesses, vendors, and restaurateurs supported through the mission of Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, and that the customer experience meets the standards of excellence set forth in the strategic plan of Mother Road Market.
