Springtime Eggtravaganza!

Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our Springtime Celebration menu. This class is designed to teach students recipes that can be replicated at home with minimal assistance as well as introducing them to new skills and product!  Teamwork is also a very important component to the class structure. Looking forward to seeing your young chefs, soon!   

Menu Includes:
· Spring Veggie Quiche with ham and Swiss (individual student preparation - 2 each)

· Baby Spinach Salad with Colorful Deviled Eggs and Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (Includes group vinaigrette, group filling making, individual coloring of egg whites 

· Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas (individual student preparation - 2 each)

· Strawberry Orange Egg Creams (2 stations with blenders)

Reminders!!
· PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
· Age requirement is 6-17 years old.
· Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
· The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
· The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
· Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
· Inform us of any serious food allergies
